O.k, there I am, knocking on the door of a team. Let's do it via phone. "Hey David, it's
Shelly Davis. I have just gotten my Real Estate license, and I really admire your team. Boy,
you guys, I see you out there, I'd love to be part of that. Could you tell me what I
could do to maybe become part of your team, or do you know anybody else that may need
(a Buyer's Agent)?" Every team is going to be looking for what we call (Buyer's Agents).
That may be a new term to you, or you may be a seasoned Realtor, and you're looking
at me thinking yea, Buyer's Agents, ah, their awesome, they’re wonderful! They’re, it's
just, it's a wonderful place to be. So, when I first got in my career, when I picked up
the phone and called around to those teams, guess what, you never know till you try. No,
no, no, no, no, yes, that's a numbers game too. All this is a numbers game. I got that
interview, got on that team as a Official Buyer's Agents. What does that look like?
O.k, being part of that team, being a Buyer's Agent means, that at that point in my Real
Estate career, I was strictly working with buyers.
