Kiki what should i do, I dont have time to do yoga.
Everyone has time to do yoga.You can do yoga where ever you are. We all work so hard and we work
longer and we sit at desks longer. We have to break up our day
and we break up our day. And we break up our day with mini-yoga breaks with Kiki.
Every hour on the hour, take a minute
and do this. When you have time to do more yoga, you can watch my yoga
playlist.
We're just gonna breathe,
four times
Just roll my shoulders and
greathe deep. What makes this yoga? What makes it yoga is that I'm concentrating
deeply on what I'm doing while I breathe. And I''m gonna
extend these shoulder rolls a little bit
and then I'm gonna extend further. Inhale up. Exhale down.
Other way. So good.

And we'll just extend.
I'm lengthening all of this, up through center.
Lengthening, looking up towards the elbow.
Center opening looking up.
This is also very good yoga to do to if you're not
steady on your feet. Gently pushing as I go
firmness in arms, firmness in the torso
and we go the other way
I'm still sitting my pelvis forward, just turning
from the chest and shoulders up.
And come front. I'm gonna gently inhale
kind of like a cat stretch.
Up and down. Inhale. Exhale.
I'm gonna take my arms. Ihjale. Exhale.
Inhale. Exhale.
Inhale. Exhale.
Even a little yoga
goes a long way. If you start doing this yoga you
