Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make Cajun Grillades in a red
gravy sauce. So we have the butter noodles ready with the parsley. We have our beautiful
sauce going with the meat in there getting tender by the moment. What we want to do is
go ahead and we're going to take advantage of this time to cut up some green onions as
a garnish. So you get a couple two or three of green onions go ahead and chop that part
of it off and then do these thinly slice because these are going to be the garnish these are
going to be on top. It's going to add this extra crunchy element to it do all of it not
just the white part do the green cause that is going to add also some color and it's going
to be almost like chives. Only in this case probably only better cause it has a more intense
flavor than chives do and you kind of want that. It's going to have all sorts of like
any Cajun or creole cooking cause it has so many layers of flavors to it that you don't
want to miss anything. When it goes into your mouth you should feel the flavors of everything
but also some of the individual elements.
