This functional core exercise is called the four point balance and we're going to be utilizing
the Bosu on this exercise. Now what we're going to be doing is we're going to be challenging
our core strength and our balance. So simply just come onto the Bosu on the dome area,
and you're going to balance on your knees and on your hands. Then, take one leg out,
find your balance point and think about lifting your leg up to where it's in line with your
hips. Pull that belly in and then once you find your balance point, then extend the opposite
arm, reaching through the fingertips. This takes some concentration here so focus on
your breath. Pull that belly in; lengthen out through the crown of your head. Think
nice and long. Now you may be feeling like you are losing your balance, you may be wobbling
all over the place, but that's great because you're body is controlling that. You can hold
this position for about 30 seconds to a minute and then switch sides. There you have your
four point balance using the Bosu.
