Hi, my name is Lida Kootz and I'm a Yoga teacher at school House Yoga located in Pttsburg Pensylvania.
I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to show you, to demonstrate and to teach you
some inversions. Another variation you can do is coming into a backbend when you're in
a handstand. Again, you can use the wall, sort of press your feet against it. Come into
downward-facing dog when you're ready. Kick up into a handstand. And then start to walk
your feet down the wall. Press you're feet into the wall and you'll come a little deeper
into the backbend. And if you feel comfortable you can take your feet away from the wall
and towards your head. To come out of the pose, just bring your feet down to the floor.
