Oil and warm your skillet. Then add the garlic. Saute for about 1 minute. Add your mushrooms,
and finally your parsley. Continue cooking until the mushrooms are soft, then add the
brie. Break this up with your cooking utensil to help it melt a little faster. It'll take
a few minutes, but it will melt nicely.
Then just Cool them slightly and serve!
