Lauren's going to start doing the left side for leg raises. So, making sure her back is
connected to the floor. Arms down to her sides, palms on the earth. Allow your face to stay
nice and soft and through the whole practice here. Now, very slowly flexion of the feet
pressing through the heels. Toes to the nose. And, we're going to go through a count of
five. Slowly inhaling up the left, five-four-three-two-one and down five-four-three-two-one. And, slowly
up five-four-three-two-one and down five-four-three-two-one. Last one, slowly up five-four-three-two-one.
And, down press through that heel four-three-two-one. Soften the back. Relax the face.
