Hi! My name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to teach you some arm balances.
Now we're going to practice pro pose again, but this time we're going to do it without
a block or without the book. We're going to come to that same position. This time we're
going to come to a little squat. With our feet on the floor, we're going to bring our
hands to shoulder distance. We're going to bring our knees to the outside of our shoulders.
We're going to sink our elbows down, we're going to squeeze our knees into our shoulders,
we're going pick up the point in front of our finger tips. Again, see if you can lift
both feet up off the floor, point the feet, bring the big toes together, draw the feet
in towards the centerline of the body and look down the tip of the nose. Again, make
sure you keep your navel drawn in towards the spine, and when you're ready just come
back into your little squat.
