Now I would like to demonstrate this deep yoga breath. Remembering that this is a breath
that you have breathed as babies. Only you have forgotten. So its going to be very easy
to relearn that wonderful baby breath. I'm going to show you how it looks from the lying
down position. And i want you to really focus and watch, ok. Cause then I'd like you to
try it. So I'm going to lie down. So continuing on, before I show you that breathing technique,
