You gotta take care of yourself, eat your vegetables and try to have a decent diet.
I've always believed in: eat breakfast like a king,
lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.
I quit smoking,
became a runner and
became a vegetarian all at one shot
and so there's a lot of benefits involved with that, I lost a lot of
weight and
and I think it's had a real impact on my health.
I guess because I want to live long then
sometimes are changes you kinda have to do.
Ten years ago my health was good
but it was good and since then I've lost sixty-some pounds
eating healthy has become a much more important to me.
