Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. Now it's
time to really make sure we got that mix going so were going to set that spoon to the side
and dig in with our hands. So we can feel everything and actually make sure that everything
is mixed really well together, that holy trinity, that pork, the shrimp and the garlic, peppers
both serrano's and the dry red chili's. All those herbs the basil, parsley, and thyme
and once again we used fresh herbs if you want to use dry feel free but if your going
to take the time to make sausage I say do it right, and use the fresh herbs. So were
getting a good mix here with our hands and you can smell all those items, you get a wonderful
aroma. I think we got everything right where we want it wash our hands and I'll see you
