Let's take the blocks number 1 and number 2 to a whole new level. This block can actually
help you get out of a situation where some guy grabs you by the hand or by the wrist
and you don't want him to so this is a very real everyday situation when you're going
out clubbing or partying with your girlfriends and some guy grabs you on the wrist. What
are you going to do? It's as simple as blocks number 1 and 2. You don't have to drop into
your horse stance or anything. Someone grabs your wrist do the block, okay do the block.
Let me show you with my assistant Shaun how this actually works. So, let's say he's facing
me and he's going to use that hand to grab this wrist. Okay if I do the block, the human
arm can only twist outward so far, at some point he's going to have to let go. I'm going
to make my hand into a fist and I'm going to bend my elbow and scoop ice cream towards

to put it right here on his elbow, push and he has to release. Now, I absolutely love,
love, love this wrist release move because everyone can do it, your little sister, your
cousins, your grandma, your mom, everyone can do this and do this and get out of some
guy grabbing you and trying to take you where you don't want to go. Just do block number
