It's really great to be among the first to congratulate Scale Computing on opening its
new corporate office here in Indianapolis. So we're really thrilled to be able to stand
here today in partnership with the State of Indiana and Scale Computer to make Indianapolis
headquarters right here in Purdue Research Park.
This Research Park is much needed and Scale Computing fits right in with the mission of
what we're trying to do out here. Establishing here in Indiana after originally being in
California and, you know, very excited to kind of get the office built out and, you
know, ribbon-cutting ceremony here today and, you know, just great things.
But we think we'll be able to tap into a great labor pool here and really just build a long
standing company. And all these things really play into a vision that we have to be a lasting
player not only the industry, but to leave our mark here on the State of Indiana.
The support is tremendous. There's kind of a who's who of Indianapolis. Technology sector
was here to come out to support us, to just welcome us to the community. And we just loved
it. It was tremendous. It beat our wildest expectations, and we really appreciate that.
We found a combination of investors, some support from the state, and really, the more
that we looked into it, the more we found that Indianapolis made a great location. But
I think what's interesting about what the city and what the state is doing here, is
they've got an eye on the future as well as the present.
Indianapolis will definitely be a hotbed of technology in the next fifteen, twenty years.
