Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make a California creole type
of eggs Benedict. One of our California style part of our cuisine here is going to be a
romano tomato so I'm not going to peel this but I am going to seed it. So I like to just
take off the ends just like that and cut it lengthwise and all you need to do to deseed
it is just go ahead and take your thumb or finger. You can also do this under cold water
if you like and just takes the seeds right out. This is nothing really wrong with seeds
they are really tender. But they just don't look good on the plate so for presentation
wise this is better so go ahead and just set that to the side. Then I just like to go lengthwise
with the tomato and go this way they are going to have a nice dice and it's a really fresh
tomato.
