Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a crawfish boudin. Let's mix our seasonings
and we're going to start with some black pepper, some kosher salt, a little garlic powder,
cayenne red pepper for heat, a little sweet basil, also some creole seasonings, a little ole
bay which always kicks up seafood and some few thyme leaves. (remember we're using dry
thyme) And basically we're just going to give this a mix, there you have there's the seasonings
we're going to use for our crawfish boudin, lets move on.
