Let's go over the ingredients, we'll need to make this dish. We're going to be using
shrimp and we're going to be taking the shell, straight off. We're not going to be using
them, in this dish. We're going to need just a little bit of scallions. We're going to
be doing that very and that's going to be the sauce, that's going to go over the rice
cakes. And that's going to be a very simple sauce. We're just going to be heating up some
soy sauce and some sesame oil. Some garlic and onion and frying that up. We've got some
ginger here. This is going to go, we're not going to use the whole thing. We're just going
to cut off, a little piece. The bulb right here. We're going to be frying our rice cakes
in butter. And we're also going to be adding eggs to that. We have a mango and we have
some dried mango. Now you can use dried prunes or dried plums. Anything that you like. But
you're going to have to soak these in water. We also have an onion. And we're going to
need some cottage cheese. That is also going to go into our rice cake. And we have some
tamarind chutney. If you can find tamarind paste. And that will work, just as well. We
have some apricot preserves. And for our spices, we some curry powder, garlic powder, cayenne.
Ground cinnamon and cumin. We also have the sesame oil and soy sauce. Just a little bit
of sugar. Some rice, garlic and oil.
