Drew: Hey guys, Drew Canole, FitLife.TV, glad you’re with me today. We have an exciting
work out, it’s called the Oblique Blaster and Ryan Reynolds is actually the one, I think,
that came up with this because he’s got crazy abs. So, Reynolds if you’re watching
this: look-out cause by boy John Parker’s coming for you here. We got the oblique blaster,
we got the, uhm, tornado woodchop, we got the windshield wipers inverted, we’re going
to the TRX and then we’re gonna do a little ball toss. So, it’s a complete circuit,
get ready! Here we go! Alright guys! So, that’s the Oblique Blaster,
you’ve seen it. If you don’t know what your Obliques are, check out this side right
here, that’s exactly where your obliques are, you’re gonna get both sides in that
workout circuit. It’s gonna take you, roughly, a minute and a half to two minutes to run
