Today we are going to learn a finger yoga which is easy to do.
Finger Yoga are said to be as helpful as the whole body Yoga.
Today we are going to learn one which is said to be helpful for stiffness or pain in the scruff of the neck.
It's good to put handcream on your hands before doing this finger yoga.
It's also good to rub your hands together and warm them before doing this.
when you have stiffness or pain in the scruff of your neck,
pinch between the first joint and the second joint of your middle finger, and twist it.
It's good to do on another hand.
the middle finger is said to be related to the head, neck, spine.
So they say if you stimulate the middle finger, you can improve the circulation of the blood in your neck.
It's easy :)
