the battery life on your Samsung Galaxy S 4
through the power saving mode.
To begin, touch the Menu button from any home screen.
Then touch Settings. Now select My Device.
From this screen, select Power saving mode.
If not already active, slide the power saving switch to the right.
Once Power Saving Mode is on, you can turn on or off
three different power saving features that help conserve battery life.
CPU power saving reduces the power consumed when the phone is not in use.
Screen power saving refreshes the screen less often
and lowers the brightness.
Turn off haptic feedback turns off the small vibrations
you feel when you touch the screen.
Turn on all these features to help you conserve battery life.
Press Back. Now select More. Then choose Battery.
This menu will give you an estimation on the amount of power
left on your battery as a list of applications
and the percentage of battery they use.
Touch Screen. Now touch Display, then select Brightness.
If you wish to change the display brightness
to conserve battery power, select Automatic Brightness.
Now touch and hold the Home key button.
Select Task Manager.
Often, when we are finished with applications
we tend to leave them running in the background.
This can continually drain battery power.
From the Active applications tab choose an app you are not using
and select End. Then select OK.
