Hello my name is Karl James owner of Creolsoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and
on be Expert Village I'm here to show you a chipotle hot sausage recipe. Now we are
going to do some little shift or not of some basil. Basically we are going to take those
basil leaves and we are going to roll them up like this and then basically just slice
it.
Once again like the same as the parsley if you don't have fresh basil you can use the
dry but just remember you want to use 1 1/2 times much of the dry compare to the fresh.
The smell of basil is just amazing so we have a little shift go in there. Where is the other
knife we would just run it through and do some rough chop and that really does not matter
to much because again this is going to be added in it's time and place into the meat
mixture and all of that through
the grinder. So got a nice little rough chop here in our fresh basil, it smells wonderful.
We would set this to the side and work on next herb or pepper which it may be and move
on to our next level.
