You've really got to look at it with workforce enablement, on two different scales. You want
to be able to look at how you enable the veteran, the person with twenty or thirty years' experience
versus how you enable the person who's just started. And I think, when you look at RTOI,
it can do both. It can not only help that worker consume new technology -- new tablets,
new smartphones very easily through standard interfaces; but also the new person that started,
typically in a water utility or power utility or manufacturing, you need two or three years
of on-the-job experience before you become effective. RTOI solutions deliver the ability
to be more effective quicker, especially with new hires and new recruits. And likewise on
the flip-side, when you look at veterans being able to capture that knowledge so that they
can do it a little more efficiently, and maybe contribute to the company or organization
in different ways before they exit the workforce.
