Let’s take a look at Branding in Smartsheet
Using your company's brand allows you to use Smartsheet as an extension of your business.
Or by using your client's brand, you can offer your services with a very tailored feel.
To customize your branding, simply click here and select colors and logo.
We can choose from 6 preset color configurations,
or customize it by changing the 'primary'
'highlight', 'complementary',
or 'background' colors individually using the color selector
or hex number.
To change the logo, under the Logo section,
click the 'Select' button then select the logo file.
The logo will display immediately in the upper right of the application.
Now the new branding will not only affect the application
but printing to PDF will carry the custom branding
as will emails sent from Smartsheet.
When using Smartforms, your custom branding are also automatically applied.
After you apply your custom brand, all your sheets will appear with that brand,
but you can override it by applying different colors and logos to each workspace,
allowing you to work with multiple clients.
Simply click on the arrow next to the workspace
and select ‘Workspace Colors and Logos’ to customize each workspace.
This workspace I branded for ‘Client X’
and this one for ‘Client Y'
When I share each workspace with my client, they will see Smartsheet tailored just for them.
And notice our internal sheets are still branded with my company’s colors and logo.
When your colors have been established and logo uploaded,
you can share the branding through your team or department by sending the settings through email.
Shared users then simply need to accept the new branding
and then sheets that they own will be displayed with the same branding.
For any reason, you can reset the branding by clicking here.
Personalizing Smartsheet for your company and clients.
