My first advice in order to be happy is honesty.
If all people in this world, would be honest, we'd have much less problems.
Everyone would get along well,
because you just talk open and above board, and you could solve problems easier
or talk about other things.
And yeah, i think liars are the worst kind of people.
I mean there are few situations in life, where you're better off by lying and not by telling the truth,
but in the long run, telling the truth is still better.
If you lie once, you always have to remember that lie
because whenever you're being confronted with it, you have to make sure that you don't get busted and so on.
It would be too stressful for me, always having to remember the lies i told.
The truth is always better, and will be revealed anyway.
The longer the lie been out there, the more emberassing is it for the person, when he gets busted.
So yeah, lying doesn't get you anywhere, telling the truth is better.
So, my second advice would be sports,
Everyone can find a sport which is fun for him, no matter what emotions you carry inside yourself,
it doesn't matter if it's anger or frustration, happiness or just a goal you set.
No matter which of those energies you have,
you can let all the energy out during sports and you feel better afterwards, you feel free.
You get the feeling, that you used the day, that you've done something meaningful,
which makes you advance in life. That's the feeling I personally always get.
The third advice is cannabis, weed.
I already told you why, in my other video, but I can name you some reasons again:
I just returned from training, and for some reason, I still felt stressed.
I dont know why, because everything was alright,
but in my subconscious, I was stressed, for some reason
and I just took one drag, from the joint and I'm feeling a hundred times better than before
I have such a clear mind and view of things,
before that my mind was full of unnecessary things, like making money and paying bills and ***.
I'm feeling a lot better now, I can focus on things that are fun,
I can record videos and think about my goals.
This makes me happy, and if you're under stress, you just can't think about those things, it's impossible.
My fourth advice is eating healthy.
It agrees with cannabis,
because food tastes a lot better after you smoked
here for example, I'm eating chicken, rice and broccoli, which is a good and healthy meal for bodybuilders
And yeah, if you eat well, your mind works better
But if you eat that junk food crap, I mean I've been eating it for years,
you feel weak and tired afterwards, you have less drive than you had before.
It makes a huge different in your life, if you eat healhty, I recommend that warmly to everyone.
My fifth advice is, do not let go of your dreams and goals.
I talked about this briefly before,
most of the time it's the dream you had as a kid,
you think it's impossible to reach
In most cases it is that dream you have to hold on to, because that's exactly what makes you happy.
You just have to keep in mind what makes you happy and discover your talents,
try things in order to see what you're good at, what you like doing,
and this just helps you to make progress in your life.
All the other things, like work or earning money should be a minor thing,
only the dream should be in the foreground, and that you enjoy life as much as you can. That's the most important thing.
Nobody's just gonna walk up to you tell you what you're good at.
You have to ask yourself those questions and find out by yourself what you're good at and what your talents are.
you have to see if you can connect those things with your dreams, you have to ask those questions yourselves
and you have to find the answer to that by yourself as well
My sixth advice is: put your headphones on if you're leaving the house
Except of course when you're doing something with friends.
But if you're by yourself, headphones are just so good, because who wants to hear noises in the subway or car noises.
People sitting in the trains don't talk anyway and just stare in one direction.
So, yeah, headphones are great.
For example, there's this bridge in vienna, when you ride the train through it, looking out of the window, listening to your favourite song,
it's an awesome scene, like from a movie.
I recommend it to everyone, most people do it already but who doesn't, should definitely try it.
Advice number 7 is taking & giving and appreciating things, that other people do for you.
If somebody does something for you, and you don't appreciate it, it was for nothing.
Some people can only take and don't even know what giving means,
they miss out on that in life, but you shouldn't learn a lesson from them
So let's sum it all up: Honesty, Sports, Cannabis, Healthy Nutrition, Dreams and Goals, Headphones, Taking and Giving
Whoever follows these 7 tips, is happy or very close to happiness, you're just happy
