Hello, I'm Magalie from CherryPepper Magazine. Today, we make some vegan pancakes.
I love pancakes, it's easy to make and delicious.
You can make all sorts of pancakes according to what you have in you fridge or fruitbowl.
We'll begin with the basic recipe, then I'll divide de mix to show you 3 versions:
Peanut - chocolate - banana
Almond - lemon - vanilla
And finally hazelnut - apple - cinnamon
I'm not going to give you measures & quantities, the recipe is available just underneath the video.
First, you need flour.
Some blond sugar
Some baking powder
Some baking soda
You start by mixing the dry ingredients.
You can then add the plant-based milk.
I prefer blending it in two steps.
After that, you add the soy yogurt or any other plant-based yogurt.
Here it is for the basic recipe!
We split the mix into 3 in order to make the 3 flavours of pancakes.
We have divided the mix into three.
Let's do the peanut - banana - chocolate pancakes!
First, add the peanut butter.
You can already smell an amazing peanut flavour
Imagine that with some bananas and chocolate...
Slice the bananas in small pieces
Add the chocolate
Not too much, or you won't taste neither the bananas nor the peanut butter.
Now you bake the almond - lemon - vanilla pancakes.
You begin with the almond butter.
Then you add the vanilla and the lemon zest.
And finally, let's do the hazelnut - apple - cinnamon pancakes.
You start by adding the hazelnut butter.
And the cinnamon too.
Now, you peel & grate the apples.
Let's bake the pancakes!
You can turn the pancakes over as soon as you can see small bubbles on the top, and when the rim seems set.
