When upgrading versions of Java, your computer may suddenly be unable to access websites and resources like Banner.
This can be caused by a stored entry in the Java cache, containing old information about how to connect to the server.
Before you start, make sure that your web browser is closed.

Open the Control Panel by opening the Start menu, typing “Control Panel”. Then select 'Control Panel' from the options.
Open “Java” or “Java (32-bit)”.
