I'm not sure what I would do.

the students got what they wanted.
(Paul - Instructor:) We all have little visions
of what we think the thing should be,
but we all have the same bigger vision,
and that is to ... create and have
one of the best programs in the Midwest.
They're learning life skills.
We're teaching them the
fundamentals of cooking,
and then they are taking those fundamentals
and going into the restaurant industry.
(Julia:) I'm in the industry,
I've been a pastry chef
at two different places now,
I absolutely love doing this.
I can't imagine doing anything else for a job.
