What Is The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet?
The fat loss 4 idiots diet works by using the method called calorie shifting. Calorie
shifting is use by many dieticians and it involve by rotating the foods and the amount
of calories every few days. Changing your diet like this shocks your body's metabolism.
For example, if you regularly eat 3500 calories a day, overtime your metabolism becomes programmed
to this amount and expects it.
But if you switch this routine and begin eating 1300 calories a day, your metabolism is forced
to look for other sources of energy to compensate for that 2200 calorie difference.
Essentially, the metabolism uses stored fats for energy until it can adjust the daily calorie
intake, which takes exactly...yes, you guess it, 11 days to adjust. If you are currently
struggling to get rid of belly fat and have been eating processed and fatty foods, then

Here we have the diet hand book in PDF format that we downloaded to our computer. Rather
than breaking any copyright laws, we're just quickly go to some of our favorite chapters
that this 45-page e-book starting with...
Drinking water to burn fat. Stop looking for fat-free foods. Never do intense exercises.
Eating at restaurants. Eating fast food. Shopping at the grocery store. The rules of alcohol.
And our favorite, late night eating, because we all have those late night cravings. The

Alright, at this point, I'd like to go ahead and take sometime to look at the actual diet
generator. We're gonna go ahead and click here and you can see it's loading up. It's
a very, very nice interface. We'll take a look at it together. This is actually my first
time looking it along with you. And, you can see here it has the date, and the time. And,
it has different sections here. So, we have a vegetarian section. So, what's your interest
you can definitely use that.
But, let's go ahead and click the start diet button. And, it will give you the actual rules
for following the diet. And, we're gonna ahead and click this option here, the idiot proof
diet.
After clicking go, it's gonna take us here to the diet generator. We're gonna follow
the recommended instructions and select 7 to 15 foods. While we do that, we're gonna
ahead and pause the video.
Great, we're back. Now that we have our food selected we're gonna scroll to the bottom
and go ahead and generate the menu. Once the menu is finished generating, it's important
to take note, that the meals that are provided can be eaten in any order from which you see
fit. Although it says meal 1, 2, 3, and 4 for day 1, you can actually swap the meals
around as needed. And, there is no calorie limit. So, you can basically eat to your full,
but they do say you do not over eat for obvious reasons.
And, after this 11-day cycle of just eating the foods that they provided, they recommend
that you take a 3-day break. And, during this 3-day break you can basically eat whatever
you want, it maybe a slice of pizza, cookies, cake...whatever, you name it because it's
your 3-day break time.
After the 3-day break, you resume the diet and you start right back over again. You'll
also notice here the allowable drinks, you can have any diet soda, water, coffee, any
calorie drinks. You can also have your choice of the condiments listed below.
So, that's basically the diet menu plan in a nutshell. It also goes over food preparation,
