Hi, I'm Erica with Expert Village and I'm talking about how to prepare a low calorie
delicious fruit salad. Now, I just didn't choose regular cool whip, I actually chose
cool whip lite because you have to remember that we're wanting a low calorie delicious
fruit salad. So the calories in the servings here are only 20 calories per 2 tablespoons.
So what we're going to do is we're going to want to add about 8 tablespoons. Again we're
thinking about serving 8 people, well this turned out to be a lot of food so you know
it may serve more than 4 people. So if you get a heaping over that's basically worth
2 tablespoons heaping over, we'll do that 4 times and now I'm going to spread it over
the top to cover all the fruit. If you feel like that's not enough then go ahead and add
4 more tablespoons until you have the top completely covered.
