What’s exciting about marketing today is everything is up in the air. So you can reinvent.
And there are no set rules. People are creating the rules as we speak. People are making bold
decisions. Pepsi has decided not to advertise in the Superbowl anymore. But instead, to
focus all of these efforts online. So these are bold moves. I'm they’ll make course
adjustments, but you can't do business – that’s what’s exciting about marketing today. It’s
not business as usual. There is no manual that you can open and say, “I'm gonna do
this and that and the other.” Just go and do it. See what happens.”
