Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mushrooms
with ham and shrimp. So now we are going to minced the ham. The easy way that I find to
cut this is just cut it like usual cause this is sort of a rounder type of ham. Go ahead
and just take off a slice like that and you have a nice flat surface again. Then just
cut it lengthwise. Since we are going to minced this, since this is going to be a stuffing
we are going to mince this up pretty small. So make long cuts just like this, then go
ahead and turn it like this. Then to make your cuts yank them up pretty small. What
we are going to end up doing also cause we want to make this really small for stuffing.
