Would you like to tell us who you are and what you do ? Ok
It goes on already ? Ok good
This will be in the outtakes ...
Did it start or not ?
What do I want to say about this association ?
That's what I need to ... (laugh)
(sound of sound track rewind)
I am one of the founders of the association Aquinum
digital workers in Aquitaine so digital Aquitaine
and for me the digital Aquitaine associatively speaking
it is creating a link between all the digital workers
to help them exchange, build together
find complementarities in their work
a profession organize itself
to question itself and grow
I find it very healthy and salutary
today I am the Aquinum's president, an impressive task after Benjamin
we really wanted to give a voice to the bacteria
of the digital compare to the dinosaurs
a group of self organized people, of individual talents
committed personally who are the exact need
the complement with the businesses
put in touch the best talents of the digital field
with the economic life, with the SMB
interlinked in a different way....find a community
be able to share communicating in a different way
the collaborative spirit, the work... efficient in a different way, human in a different way
the same sensitivity and emotionally I find
this place pretty magic
Everybody told me : "be careful Bordeaux is very network, very family, very closed
you won't meet anybody, it will be very difficult"
I joined Aquinum because when I arrived in Bordeaux
I didn't know anybody I don't feel like working alone
I never meet as many friends, as many professional contacts in so little time
Work together, share our skills to
make more dynamic projects, more interesting
and rich then when you are alone Rather then "someone should do it"
it is "ok let's do it" There are projects
and incredibly, they work through generally
I already had several contracts by the fact that I was here
I got the information at the right time and I used it
Aquinum it is an exchange, you give but also you receive a lot
There is a real dynamic around all those projects, between those people
It creates links between them, you feel a friendship
Or longstanding or just starting depending on the different members
It is friendly, it is professional
and together fun and pleasant
I found ressources and a great open vision here
skills I don't have, skills I didn't even know
All this are great progress and change triggers
So I only get inspired by those people
It is a pool of skills that makes my job much easier
...I get jobs as director, camera operator, editor...
It is greatly cross-disciplinary Everything is possible ad there are good surprises
every day This is why I love Aquinum
and the big family, because it is a real family I am very happy to be part of this great team
It is marvelous to collaborate with this community
of professionals you physically meet at Le Node
The human adventure carried by Aquinum
...permitted the opening of Le Node... ...in this beautiful space of the Renaissance's hall
You feel very much at home You musn't feel to much at ease because it is every body's space too
Break remoteness you get when you are a teleworker
It is not a home alone I get to meet people
I won't see in real life otherwise
I use Le Node for appointments, meetings
We love Le Node !
It was a great step ad I hope there will be many more
of the same kind
to get involved in beautiful adventures like TEDxBordeaux
What we created here with this shared will
of people who are here because they like each other
and move things forward in a volunteer and considerate way
it is for me a great success
It must last, it must go on
(Musique) Ok I am ready
The friends and the red wine that's all !
Can we take a nice picture now ? ok !
There is no button... Can I take it out ?
Euuuh No ! (laugh)
So far you seems nice
It's great !
I should have had a little drink of whisky first
Could we do it again ? And I don't do it again !
Yes that's right it has to be short
Euh then I don't know what was the other question
What did I want to say ? Well
Before I was alone (laugh)
