Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you my creole seafood stew. It has started
to thicken on us now, so we are now going to add that holy trinity along with that garlic,
bottoms of the green onions, I'm going to add that in. Now we'll get that cooking along
there. Now also at this point we are going to add this can of tomatoes (diced tomatoes)
add those in.
Also at this point we are going to take a little tomato paste and add that in, now we
want to mix this in really well. Be careful cause it's hot so you don't want it to splash
on you and we'll start getting it will bring up a red color to the overall dish. We want
to get all that mixed in those tomatoes, put a little more tomato paste in there just to
deepen the color just a little bit more. So I'll continue to mix this, let it simmer a
little bit and I'll see you back at the next step.
