Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to make pig
feet in Chinese style. After 1 1/2 hours we would drain the pig feet. We don't want the
water anymore because the water is fatty and gamy. Then we would rinse the pig feet under
cold water to throw off the excess fat. Then we would take our the main bone for each pig
feet piece. Flip it and cut the cut feet in the middle because of the absences of the
main bone you should not feel any resistance when you cut them in pieces. That is what
the pig feet pieces should look like.
