I discovered the dance in 1997.
There was a workshop in my neighborhood. They became successful and started a course that year, which I took.
When I started, I took three lessons a week-- I was already totally into it.
Then, you know you meet other people and suddenly a new world opens up to you. Something you knew nothing about.
And then you realize that there are others dancers, a history and a life already behind all of this.
So you make some friends, you start to set up your own crew and you continue like that.
What happened in a year could have happened in ten.
There was the France Cypher, the Qualifier and the battle of the year with Vagabond and, of course, finally the Red Bull BC One World Final.
So it's a lot of work and intense training.
The Red Bull BC One is the competition in which every breaker today hopes to participate in. It's a championship of the Titans.
I've never mishandled a battle against the Koreans. It even comes to me quite well, actually.
In 2006, in Battle of the Year, we had beaten two Korean crews. But they will be very difficult contestants to beat.
They will be on their home turf, they know this competition by heart and they are used to a high level.
Koreans love a show and they like their dancers, so a Korean dancer in Korea is going to be tough.
But then I think it's an audience that is fair and is fairly balanced in its encouragement despite the Korean fervor.
They are not unfair to opposing teams.
It's true, when I look back I am pretty proud of my career.
I have almost won everything, but what really motivates me is the competition.
I want to prove to myself that I can be better, because I know that I can get along with my skills, but I'm not at 100% yet.
In Rio, I wasn't at 100% of my abilities. I still have a margin of improvement.
In any case, I'm the only one to have won the Cypher, the Qualifier and the World Final and nobody can take that away from me.
I give myself time to get ready, to do some other things. But right now I don't think I will lose or I will win the contest. At the moment I don't know anything.
