In a highly effective leader I would expect to see someone who is on the one hand passionate
about their vision and able to articulate that vision but also very inclusive in terms
of engaging other in the pursuit of that vision. So, it's that combination of the personal
attribute of visioning, but at the same time the inclusiveness of engaging others in that
process. I would say that probably being able to articulate
the vision and also to recognize that my ideas aren't the only ideas. And, if we can create
a collaborative environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing, then in the
long run we are able to accomplish a lot more. That's probably where I would see my strengths
in helping to facilitate that coming together and on collaborating on the vision and the
process.
