Tasting Swedish food. Svensk kaviar. Helen's gonna try Swedish caviar for the first time. Is this a good amount? yeah. Oh, that's strong. Randig kaviar! Okay,this is cheesy caviar? Yes, caviar and cheese. It's a mix. That's not as bad. Very salty. Oh, you Swedish people. Surströmming! We're going to try surströmming which is fermented fish. Will you do the honor? Wait! How does this work? It's a can opener. No, I've never seen it. I've never seen a can opener like this. That's not a can opener. It's a piece of metal. What is that? Oh wow. It's getting worse. No, I'm not ready. Three! Oh God. Are you okay? Wow! You ate it. Oh, it's disgusting. And now we have... Oh, that smell. Strawberry ice-cream flavored sparkling water! And we're gonna try Loka which is sparkle water with strawberry and ice cream. Oh God that smell. What is that? It's Loka strawberry ice cream. It so tastes like ice cream. But ice-cream and sparkling water that just doesn't melt. It smells better than it tastes. It's a clear improvement. Give me the bottle. Smell it. It smells like strawberry ice cream but it tastes really weird. You do taste ice-cream but then you get sparkling water, a very weird combination. Awesome food in Sweden, a great country. Yeah right.
