Create Word and Excel documents, and view PowerPoint documents on your Samsung Focus 2 by utilizing Microsoft Office.

To start, touch the arrow icon from the start screen.
Then scroll down and touch Office.
From here you may choose which document you wish to create.
Touch the plus icon to add a new document.
From here you have the option to create a new document, or you can choose from a selected template.
Choose a new Excel spreadsheet.
To resize a row or column, first be sure to minimize the keyboard.
To do so, press the Back key.
Next select the desired point.
Then drag your finger to its desired size.
To edit a specific pane, touch and hold it.
Now you will have the option to freeze the pane or view cell text.
Press the Back key.
To input data, type in the box next to the formula key at the top and press Enter.
The data will appear in the box you have selected.
Next press the Back key.
To input a formula, first select a box.
Then touch the sigma icon at the bottom.
If you already have data in your Excel sheet, this option will give you a list of equations and their result using the present data.
When finished, press the back key until you receive a prompt asking you to save.
Click "yes", then give your Excel spreadsheet a title.
Press Home when finished.
