bjbjqPqP Mike Chang: Hey guys, welcome to another video on Six Pack Shortcuts. Today,
I am going to talk to you about one of the best exercises to do for fat burning and it
s a deadlift. A lot of guys don t do deadlifts, even though they know what they are because
they are tough. But deadlift is really, really killer for your back. It works on your squats,
your legs, it works on your entire body, shoulders, arms everything. s a hard exercise to do and
yet one of the most effective exercises for burning body fat. The reason why is so much
muscles activities involved in deadlift. So as you know one pound of muscles burns 50
calories. So a deadlift is going to build a lot muscle. So you are going to burn a lot
of calories this way. So this is how we do it. We are going to go ahead; I am using a
barbell. Let s start off with our grip at shoulder width, you notice I am standing really
low, like this with my chest out, feet is also at about shoulder width and there are
a lot of different ways to do a deadlift, but we are going to do it the neutral way.
We are going to keep the bar really close to our chest and what we are going to do is
we are going to keep our chest up and we are going to stand up like this. As we come back
down where we are going to keep the bar really close to our legs. Usually, what I do is I
actually like to rub down my thighs. So you get to the bottom up and stand up again. So
the most important key factor is to keep up our chest out, keep our butt back, and not
to round our back. That s going to really go ahead and put too much stress on the lower
back and is going to cause to some injuries. So I am going to go ahead and do a few reps
here. Then stop. So killer exercise for fat burning really good to do when your back training
also, praising your entire body. So you want to do deadlift from anywhere from about 10
to about 15 reps and you want to go with about 3 to 4 sets to start off. Really good exercise
to include in your back routines and sometimes even just on more routine to break barriers
and break plateaus. More cool videos and tips on how to burn body fat, check out the videos,
