Okay our final step for putting our meal together is to toast really lightly some sesame seeds
to go on top of our cucumber salad. So we'll use 1 teaspoon I prefer using white sesame
seeds just cause I think they look really nice and they are a nice compliment to the
dark sesame oil. Easiest way to toast them is in a toaster oven on a nice flat pan but
you can also do it in a small skillet on the stove at a really medium heat or in the oven
on a cookie sheet really briefly. You want to get them nicely spread out even and it
really doesn't take long they will start to brown up and start to release some of there
oils and you'll start to smell them, as them oils start to release. We'll let them toast
for about a minute and while we have been waiting our salad has been marinating nicely
coated in it's dressing so we'll throw this on our plate with the rest of our meat, garnish
it with a little bit of toasted sesame seeds.
