This is Dancer Pose. Dancer creates steadiness, balance, focus and poise. Do your best. So
we start with Mountain Pose as always, plant the feet, lift the ankles energetically, engage
the abs, align the spine, connect with earth, connect with heaven. Getting rooted in balance
so shifting the weight onto our right leg. Now bringing the knees together, lifting that
left foot, holding on to the left ankle. Now, your spine is align, by the way, feeling that
nice balance, that will help. Raise the right arm to the sky. Breathe and breathe and breathe
and pour into breathe in balancing postures. Now, feeling that balance, reaching forward
with the arm as you draw the shoulder back, breathe and breathe into the poise of dancer.
