bjbj >> RYAN: Hey what's up guys it's Ryan from TheWorkoutCorner.com and it's a great
day for working out. Before we jump into your questions want to let you know that now I'm
going to pick the best question of the three that I pick and that person's going to win
free access to my Workout Results Blueprint Course. So you have to take the initiative,
I'll announce the winner here, but if you're the winner you have to reach out and contact
me. So I'm not going to hunt you down if you went I go to make sure you're coming back
and actually watching the videos to get your get prize. So with that said, let's jump into
the first question. And first up we have Ghetto Wally hailing from the ghetto. "Hey I was
wondering, what's the quickest way to lose weight?" All right Ghetto Wally I will tell
you. Taken this at face value the quickest way to lose weight is to drop your carbs,
really lower the carbs that you're taking in. That's not really a sustainable method
but if you're just looking to shed a pound or two really quickly just cut your carbs
a lot and make sure you're getting at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight
per day. Next up Matesta Stud 91 would like to know "If there are any ways to indicate
if you are overtraining?" Yes there's several signs, now these can vary from person to person,
but in general if you are lacking energy throughout the day, if you are feeling really tired or
lacking energy before your workout, if you're having trouble sleeping, if you are not seeing
any growth just from working out, or if your muscles are still really, really sore the
next time you're working out, those all could be indicators of overtraining. And again it
varies by what else you got going on in your life, but it's something that it's a good
question you have to become attuned to your body and list to what it's telling you. It
never hurts to error on the safe side and just takes a couple of days off if you feel
like your body is telling you it needs to rest. And last up we have Mr. Robbie 365 wants
to know "What kind of schedule should I setup for myself to help with flexibility and does
it help increase muscle size? Triceps video is on point keep it up." Why thank you. Yes
stretching is definitely something you want to make sure you're incorporating into your
workouts. There are a lot of studies that have shown cold stretching is not as good
as warm stretching, meaning stretching before you work out versus after, but there's conflicting
information on that. So take that as you will. I suggest that you at a minimum definitely
want to stretch at the end of your workout. Set five or ten minutes aside before you leave,
sit down usually most gyms will have a stretch are, and make sure you do some good stretching.
It definitely will help with preventing soreness, increasing muscle size and improving overall
stamina and flexibility which is good for your overall health. So make sure you get
your stretching time in. And the winner is Mr. Robbie 365 so you are getting access to
the Workout Results Course. Go ahead and reach out to me and I will get you setup with that.
