there is the memorial wall and its got some flags and things. And we are going to go and
show you some other areas. But I just want to tell you about,um, what did I want to tell
you about. Yes, the Plantar Fascitis. In the bottom of you foot if you find you have a
lot of pain when you wake up in the morning and the first few steps are extremely painful,
That could be plantar fascitis. And we treat that in the office. Its pretty much, the fascia
underneath your foot, just uh when you step the first few steps in the morning, is actually
tearing usually from like a bone spur. But that's actually whats causing all that pain
in the bottom of your foot. Its the actually the connective tissue, the soft tissue in
there that's actually ripping. So, not a good thing but we can help
