Hello, my name is Andrew. In this tutorial, I will show you how to add revenue items to your forecast in Oracle Sales Cloud.
Oracle Sales Cloud makes it easy to find revenue items in your pipeline and add them to your forecast.
Here, we can see my current forecast.
When I click the forecast amount I get a list of the opportunity revenue items included in my forecast.
I want to add an item to my forecast. I can find the item in my unforecasted pipeline.
Here’s an opportunity I want to add.
I could select Yes in the Include in Forecast field if I wanted to include this opportunity revenue in the forecast whether or not the
opportunity meets the forecast criteria now or in the future.
But I want my forecast to include this revenue only as long as this item matches the criteria.
My company set forecast criteria to win probability 70 percent or higher.
I'll change the win probability for this item from 10 to 80 percent.
I save my change, and the opportunity revenue line is added to the forecast.
I’m ready to look at my changed forecast.
The forecast number immediately reflects my changes.
And the missing opportunity revenue item is now included in my forecast.
