JACOB: What's up, guys.
It's Jacob.
I'm in Austin at South by Southwest.
I'll be back later in the week.
Paul's holding it down in LA.
You're in good hands.
Take it away, man.
PAUL: Thanks Jacob.
Today Hannah Hart goes to Washington,
and Thug Notes is in the house.
SPARKY SWEETS: This is our turf suckers.
PAUL: Last June my friend, musician and producer,
DANakaDAN, got an email that changed his life.
He was adopted from Korea and after 28 years
he just started searching for his birth family
when this hit his inbox.
DAN: As you may be aware your birth parents where
married and still are married.
They have one son and they have a daughter.
You may also find that your brother Ki Seong is actually
your twin brother.
What!
PAUL: He decided to document the whole experience of meeting
them using Kickstarter to fund the project.
The first episode just went up.
It's really moving.
And I should warn you, there are some mom tears ahead.
FEMALE SPEAKER: Your family would
enjoy seeing some of these pictures.
DAN: Yeah, and this is really good.
FEMALE SPEAKER: Your pet, Lucky, got love from both families
now, to share.
And your brother and your sister, I hope I can--
DAN: No, mom no, don't.
Stop that.
PAUL: He also just released an album inspired
by the whole adventure, featuring
a ton of great collaborations with people
like Clara C, David Choi and me.
Head over to ISA TV to keep up with a series,
and after the show we've got a playlist
with more heartwarming reunions.
ALEX: As a BMX expert, BMExpert.
I can tell you with total certainty, this guys is insane.
Daniel Sandoval is only 19 years old
and he is already changing the game
with unbelievable tricks like this.
This video does not have nearly enough views for how awesome
it is.
It is so cool.
This is stuff you used to never see
and now he's just doing it like it's nothing.
PAUL: Last week President Obama got a chance to meet himself.
MALE SPEAKER: I'm happy to be here.
I can get to work or you can.
You can take a lunch break, and I
can take it out, and fill in for you.
But listes, I'm just happy to be here
and happy to shake your hand.
BARACK OBAMA: You're gonna have to get some grey hair.
PAUL: Creators like Alpha Cat, Hannah Hart and the Fine
Brothers were invited to the White House
to help spread the word about the Affordable Care Act.
BARACK OBAMA: This group really can
help to advise us in terms of how do we reach people.
PAUL: It's beyond cool that these YouTubers got to sit down
with the President of The United States.

The only requirement for membership,
a mutual love of My Little Pony.
The first wave of bronies actually met on 4 Chan
to trash the show, but they soon realized
that the themes of friendship and acceptance
were pretty damn awesome.
