Hey man, Brian here coming at you, with YOUR, 1 minute Muscle tip of the day: today I want
to talk to you, about determining if YOU'RE doing the right number of reps, to gain the
most muscle possible, fastest......... So I know you've probably heard about, the
rule of thumb, of having to keep your rep range, between 8-12 repetitions, if you want
to focus on gaining muscle mass, right? Well, how long that rule of thumb has been around?
Too long, that's how long. Studies show, that it's NOT the rep range, that's most important,
but the time, that your muscle is under tension instead. The OPTIMAL time under tension, MUST
between 40-70 seconds, for MAXIMUM hypertrophy, or muscle growth. So, I want you to think
about, how you're going to make that happen, the next time you're in the gym, if you want
your training efforts to be MAXIMIZED for REAL muscle growth.
