First, gather all your reports in one folder.
You can either print them from your EMR and scan them
or some EMR’s allow you to print those reports to pdf files
Put all those files together (in one folder).
Once you have created the folder with the files you want to add to health2me,
have that folder available for future use.
Go to google chrome
Either input www.inmers.us into the address bar.
Then on that page at the top, press the enter icon to take you to the log in page.
Or input directly www.health2.me in the address bar
As soon as you do that, you realize that the system is going through an encrypted https connection.
Here you can see the certificate if you click on the lock icon.
These are the permissions that are granted.
Here is the encryption of the connection and the certificate of health2me.
Log in as a doctor using your email and password to sign in.
From the home screen, click on the create patient button.
Here you will see a patient creation wizard with 3 steps.
In the first step, you will need to provide the first ad last name of the patient, gender, and date of birth.
(you can also select a picture of the patient)
From this first step, you can add the demographics of the patient.
...like personal history, family history...
...past diagnostics, medications...
... immunizations...
... and allergies.
Lets go ahead and create a patient with the name John Doe300xyz.
Select the gender
and the date of birth.
Select a picture of the patient
Once we have inputted this basic information, we can add more information or we can save and move forward.
We need to press the Save button, before we can save and proceed to the next step, step 2.
The next step is dropping the files in there appropriate boxes with the different types and categories.
We need to open the folder we created before with the files we want to add and just click and drag these files to there appropriate boxes.
For example, this is a new imaging report so I just click the report and drag and drop it to the imaging box.
Here we see a progress bar,
and we can see how this file is being uploaded and encrypted in real time.
Once the file has been uploaded, a check appears.
Here we also have indication of the size of the file being uploaded.
We can also upload files at the same time, but it is not completely recommended
If you receive an X mark instead of a check mark, that means that the file was to big to upload do to internet speed.
(all the files with a check mark will be automatically saved in the patients record but the file with the X will not be saved)
If this occurs, and we press next, health2me will save and create a patient record with all the files with a check mark
but not include the files with an X mark.
Once we are done, we can close the folder that we used
Once all the files have check marks and are done being uploaded, we are done and we click the next button.
This will end the patient creation session
and automatically give all the files with a check the default report date June 10, 1970.
This will end the patient creation session.
You will need to go into patients record to reclassify the report date.
And here at the top, we can select the type and input the report date.
We can input the date by clicking the calendar icon
and selecting the correct information.
( for example, this is June 17, 2013. So you click on these fields to input the report date)
Then you click on next to take you to the next report.
The next report loads here and if the date is the same, we click on next and it will input the same date as the previous report.
(If you want to change it, you can always change the type of the report and the date of the report)
When we click on the last report, a notification will alert you that this is the last report and that you need to press the finish button to proceed.
(So once we are done, we go to the bottom right part of the screen and press the finish button)
Now that all this information is stored in health2me, we can access this information in several places.
We can access this information on the home screen in the recent EMR activity tab.
So from the home screen, there should be a patient with a black screen stating this patient was created 0 hours ago.
Here is the patient and we can click on the name and immediately access their patients information.
By clicking on the patients name, it will take you to the EMR for this patient.
This is the patient detail screen with the patients information and records
We see here that the system is decrypting the information in real time.
The information is not only encrypted as the information travels with the https protocol that we can see in the address bar,
it is also encrypted in the place it resides, the health2me servers.
So the system has to decrypt the information twice.
Once for transmission and the other when showing the information on the screen
Here in the patient detail screen, you can see the picture of the patient and the name of the patient with the specific ID for that patient.
And on the right side, we have the identicon, an automatically generated, a unique icon for ever single patient.
This is the upload report area where we can upload new reports at any time, or we can update the demographics of the patients.
We can also us the dictation button to add reports as dictations at anytime which we can later transcribe.
And here in this area, we have the health history timeline were we see a timeline display of all the reports of the patient.
We can navigate the timeline with these arrows at the left and right of the timeline.
By clicking on the arrows, we can go from one report to the other.
We can also navigate directly in the timeline, we can click on any report and we can drag and swipe the timeline from right to left.
These icons expand and contract the timeline.
If we scroll down, we see the health repository for these records, the report stream representation.
This is where we see all the reports on one line.
Here we see the type of the reports, the date, the thumbnail, and the author of the report
These tabs represents all of the reports, of all types.
If we want to see all the imaging reports, we click on the imaging tab, and only the imaging reports will show.
If we want to see laboratory reports, we click on the laboratory tab, and only the lab reports will show.
The all tab shows all reports together
And if we want to access a report, we click on that report in the report stream, or in the timeline.
Once we click on that report, the system will load the report in the bottom part and
from this area, we can start working with this report.
We can do some work like zooming in and zooming out, saving this report, or printing this report.
So here is all the information we created for this patient and now we are ready to work and collaborate with either a doctor...
...referring the patient or with the patient himself, linking him with there information and allowing the direct communication between the patient and the doctor.
