This exercise is called Spiderman Climbers. It's a great fat burning and mobility exercise
for your hips. Start out by getting down into a standard
push up start position with your hands placed about shoulder width apart, abs engaged and
your legs extended. Then, bring your left foot forward and out to the side so that your
left knee is bent just outside your left arm. Begin the exercise by moving your right foot
forward and placing it outside your right arm while simultaneously moving your left
leg back into an extended position. Continue alternating your legs back and forth
