your password and your BT ID.

see your bills, see your broadband and call usage, products and extras, it will also allow
you to add access to our apps including BT Cloud, BT SmartTalk and the BT Sport App.
Once you have set this up you will have created yourself a BT ID, we will refer to this as

If you are not sure of your account number, this can be found at the top of the first
bill we sent you, or you can contact us via the help article shown on screen and we will
send this out to you. After this step we will send you an email
to verify your account set up. Once you have received this please click on
the, confirm my email address link in the email to confirm your account set up.
This will now take you back to My BT where you will be asked to log in with your newly
created ID. You have now set up your online account, Itís
important to note that it will take 48 hours before your account shows all of your account
and billing information, if you try to access your account or online billing before the
48 hours you may be presented with an error, this is because the account has not fully
provisioned, but once set up you can manage your BT account online.

do this to make sure that it is really you asking to reset the password. Depending on
which contact details we have for you, we will either send you an email or a text message.

just need to enter the PIN here to confirm that itís you.
If we send you an email, it will have a link in it. You just need to click on the link
in the email to confirm that itís you. The final step is to give us the answer to
