8 1 of 2 Christ Holy Spirit the presence within the Christian. Hi I'm Norman Oetker, a Hmong
Mong Protestant Christian Missionary serving in Reynosa Mexico, today is January 2012.
In continuing in the Basic Christianity class, I've mentioned several things that are directly
related to one becoming a Christian in my previous videos. One of the key phrases that
you will read in the Protestant Christian Bible New Testament; from the Apostles, and
Evangelists, is to continue in the 'Doctrine.' The Doctrine is that which they either heard
directly from Christ, or the Apostles, and Evangelists, or who were divinely inspired,
to give this Salvation revelation, to the new believers and too all of mankind. Emphatically,
this Doctrine is to be obeyed! What is the doctrine? It is what I've put on YouTube,
the 40 (forty) videos, of the New Testament Commands of Jesus, the Apostles, and the Evangelists.
I cannot emphasis enough, that the major work of the devil, which is the Anti Christian
spirit, and of those, who are the non believers in Christ, is for them to sow discord, and
the most effective way is written in Genesis, for our admonition. In Genesis, the beginning
of all truths, the deception within the Garden of Eden, when the spirit named Satan, was
speaking through an animal, to Eve. Let's read exactly what this lying spirit, named
Satan said in Genesis 3:4-5, of the King James Version of the Bible. “And the serpent said
unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: Genesis 3:5 - For God doth know that in the day ye
eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and
evil.” This untruthful, anti Christian spirit, took
a small part of God's truth, and added his lie. This is a common tactic of all false-cult
doctrines. At present, when I say false cults, I'm talking about the so-called Protestant
Denominations, and those who claim they are Christians, which in fact are not. Likewise,
not everyone, who says that they believe in Jesus, as the way of salvation are Christians.
To begin, once more, as I've stated many times before, if one does not believe in the Protestant
Christian Bible's Old and New Testaments as divinely inspired, and that, the New Testament
is the only rule of faith for the Christian Believer to follow today, no others. If one
doesn't come to believe in that Divine Inspiration of the Protestant Christian Bible's Old and
New Testaments, then that person is NOT a Christian, has not been “born again by the
Holy Spirit of God.” A New Testament story that was told by Jesus is of the parable of
the sower. One can listen and believe, to the message of Salvation through Christ, and
consequently though, in time fall away, or as Christ says, “the cares of the world
can choke out the Word of God.” What or how do the cares of this world choke out God's
Word? As in our example above, the anti Christian spirit will methodically and slowly lead one
into a belief, that what one is doing or believing is part of God's plan. Yet, in fact, as Eve
convinced Adam to disobey God; likewise, those who are in disobedience to God, will gather
those around them, who enjoy the same disobedience. In this example the cares of the world, the
physical need for the supposed this or that, or in other words, “keeping up with what
others have.” And with religious people, there will always be some new doctrine, a
new teaching that comes along, that will try and justified all of one's covetous cravings,
from new cars, boats, RV's, sports, new houses, new everything. It's this that chokes out
the time with God, chokes out the time to do God's work in sharing the gospel of Christ
with a lost world. All the prestige, the wants, and desires, and the planning of how to get
them, is the time lost before God's truth's, in prayer and seeking His truth's. His Word's
have been choked out of one's everyday life. Disobedience, and to the listening to temptation's
lies, and then finding or seeking out others of like mind. This is in a large part, the
state of the Christian church today. The only writings that are divinely inspired, are only
in the Protestant Christian Bible's Old and New Testaments, there are no others. If one
believes the Bible, and other writings, as a rule, for their spiritual guide, for their
lives, then those who profess those different ideals, and try to live by them, are not Christians.
The Holy Spirit is here now, on this earth, it is here for the sole purpose to do the
Will of the Father. The question then becomes, what is the Father's purpose for the Holy
Spirit? The answer is simply to bring all of mankind to the saving knowledge of Christ,
and to the way of Salvation. This responsibility is given to only one group within the world,
and those of that group are the Christians.
