but how watch.
Getting maximum bandwidth to the far corners of your house where your
TV and Boxee Box often live can often be a problem, but with the D-Link's DHP-307AV powerline
adapter, you can turn every power outlet in your home into a possible network connection.
ble to stream up to 200Mbps for streaming TV shows and more from the internet to you
TV using the Boxee Box.
So let's see how these two work together.
Start by connecting one of the two powerline adapters to a wall outlet near your router.
Plugin an ethernet cable to any LAN port on your router and connect the other end to the
powerline adapter
The activity lights on the powerline adapter indicate power and a connection to the router.
The middle led will light up when it detects the other powerline adapter
In another room, where your Boxee Box and
TV located and your wireless signal is limited by concrete walls, multiple stories, or
some other architectural impediment, plug in the second powerline adapter and connect
an ethernet cable from the powerline adapter to your Boxee Box.
Turn on your Boxee Box and when all the lights
on the front of both powerline adapters are lit, you know you have successfully expanded
your home network using the existing electrical wiring. That's all there is to it.
